Continuous Cricket

For hurumana were doing one period on Monday and this is what I managed to remember about continuous cricket

The objective of the game is to score the most runs.The rules of the game are The class is split into half the class. We are put into two teams the batters and the fielders. One of the fielders face the batter, the bowler will pitch the ball and the batter must hit the ball as far as they can for the best results. The batter has six runs, you can either get them by hitting the ball one-six times. To score the run you must hit the ball then run with the bat to the “base”. You can get out by either the fielders catch the ball on the full or with one hand they catch it with only one bounce, or the ball hits your wicket. The batter must run each ball even if they don't make contact with the ball.

The fielders must switch turns being the bowler. The bowler must have one foot on the “bowlers base” and underarm pitch. The bowler is the only person who can try to hit the wicket. The bowler's job is to get the batter out by trying to hit the wicket.

Achievement Video

I was in a group of 3 which included Mya, Sapphire and I. Our video was about achievement what it looked like, sounded like, what it feels like and what achievement is. We started working on the video today for one hour an ended up finishing it. Our group disagreed on a few things other then that our group worked pretty well together. Achievement means A thing done successfully with effort, Skill or courage

Passion Projects

For Passion projects im doing musical theater its pretty fun so far im still a bit confused about what I do on the boxer part. The time set is in 1920's the bui
ldings and other stuff was very different. 
In my opion the buildings where way better back the I was never really into modern stuff anyway. 

The fashion back then was verrrryyyy different I personally dont like the fashion at all its strange to me. Then we have jobs and roles for specif genders. Im pretty sure that the woman would look after the children and clean the house and stuff like that whitest the men did manual labor jobs and stuff like that.



the entertainment was very different you see the photo over on the left is what stereos or radios look like back then.

Science Road Show

Today we did this thing were we did heaps of sciency stuff were we did a munch of experiment things it was called the science road show the point of it was to get hands down and do stuff. My favorite experiment was the spinning chair.

Attitude Talk.

On Tuesday we had these two people come into our school named Emma and Rory they were from something called Attitude. The mainly talked about devices the both told a story Emma's was about when she got cat fished and Rory's was about someone making a fake Instagram page about someone they didn't like. They talked about myths on devices and the truth. To be cyber safe it means that you should not believe everything that is said about the internet another reason is that you should not tell people everything about you if you dont know them or before messaging someone make sure its actually them. Here are some tips to help make your digital footprint not bad, is to be careful what you upload to the internet double check it before you upload because if you try and delete it it will still be on the internet. Thats basically all that happen then.

Gross Fizzy Drink Experiment

My science teacher Mr Reizenger thought it would be good idea to make a fizzy drink in science which failed it was disgusting. Our aim was to make a fizzy drink but I would not call it a fizzy drink. Our Method was First we grabbed a cup and spoon after that we put citric or tartaric acid I did like half a teaspoon of tartaric acid then we put baking soda in I did a teaspoon then I used the rest of the raro because there was just a tiny bit then we put after into the cup then 10000000000000 bubbles starting fizzing up my cup.Then I mixed it with me spoon and tasted it, it was absolutely disgusting it tasted like some kind of salty mixture. The reason it tasted like that was because of the baking soda it made it salty and bitter The reason it fizzed up was because of the baking soda and the acid together the acid was the acid obviously and baking soda was a base . acid+ bace=coᙆ+salt. Im pretty sure it but a bit to much of baking soda.

EXPERIMENT THREE: Chromatography

Our aim was to make the colours spread across the paper. Before I did this experiment I thought that it would make the whole bit of paper that colour. First we cut out filter paper to a little rectangle then grappled a coloured pen and drew a dot on it near the end and do it to as many other pieces you want then grab a liquid you can use water, ethanol, acetone or c.solvent I cant rember what I used, Then  after we did this we did one with skittles
