Team Reflection

This week in our P.E Hurumanu we played cross-court games
in the school gym, our focus was to work in random
small teams with people we normally would not work with.

Our activity was cross-court games. For this activity, I rated my self at level
three. To achieve at level three we have to show that we can consistently
contribute in all three games of cross-court game and always include
ourselves and others to the game. During the game of cross-court games,
I showed that I am working at level three by contributing in every game and
trying as hard as I can to include everyone in the game. These examples
show that I have met the standard for level three.

While playing the Cross-court games, something that I found challenging was
that I did not get along with the other team that well. The reason I found this challenging
was because my team and the other team would argue about the rules and say that each
other was not playing the game right. However, I managed to overcome this challenge by
finding a way to sort the problem out so that both teams were happy and if we had a problem
with how the other team was playing we would say something about it and work it out.

Next week I am aiming to work at level four. To make sure that I am working that level
I am going to work on being more of a leader and using kinda and positive words all the
time.

Team Reflections

This week in our P.E Hurumanu we have been playing Floor Hockey and Six Corner Soccer in the old school gym we did this to improve our teamwork skills.

Our first activity was floor hockey. For this activity, I rated my self as a three.
To achieve at level three, we have to show that we can consistently contribute to the game and sometimes use positive words to encourage my team. During the first game of floor hockey, I showed that I am working at level three by participating as much as I could and cheering on my classmates when they were playing. These examples show that I have met the standard for level three

Our second activity was Six Corner Soccer. For this activity, I rated my self as a two.
To achieve at level two we have to show that we can sometimes make a contribution, and sometimes we need the teacher to remind us to participate.
During the first game of six corner soccer, I showed that I am working at level two by trying to participate as much as I could and using positive words. These examples show that I have met the standard for level two. Next week I am aiming to work at levels three and four. To make sure that I am working on that level I am going to work on contributing to the game more and cheering on my team some more.

My Team Reflection.

This week in our P.E Hurumanu We played two games named Kick long ball and Bench ball. We played them in the school gym. We were playing these games because we were learning to work in teams and reflect on what we were doing.

Kick Long Ball
Our first activity was Kick long ball. For this activity, I rated my self as a 2
To achieve at level two we have to show that we can sometimes contribute to the game, We also sometimes need the teacher to remind us to join in or put more effort in. We try to use positive words and actions to encourage my team.
During the first game of kick long ball, I showed that I am working at level two because I was only sometimes contributing and the teacher had to remind me to put more effort into the game. These examples show that I have met the standard for level two.
Bench Ball
Our second activity was Bench Ball. For this activity, I rated my self as a two.
To achieve at level two we have to show that we can make an effort to joining in with our small group by helping to get the team onto the bench so we can win the game.
During the first game of Bench Ball, I showed that I am working at level two because I did contribute but not as much as I could have and when I did not want to go onto the bench I wasn't using positive words. These examples show that I have met the standard for level two.

Next week I am aiming to work at level Three. To make sure that I am working on that level I am going to work on using nicer and more positive words to the rest of my team members and contribute as much as I possibly can.
